What can you expect?

Together with the rest of the team you will help to build a strong future for the company. Our aim is to become a key player in the Dutch market. You are going to implement ‘added value’ for our customers, where enterprise search will often be the key component. You will be responsible for:

• information analysis and research
• advising in technical aspects for the implementation of selected (search) solutions
• realizing implementation programs based on search technology

What do we expect from you?

You are the curious and entrepreneurial type, who is looking for new ways to help companies excelling in doing what they do best. You work well together with colleagues as well as with customers. You are easy-going and happy to network. Other than that we would like to see:

• HBO or WO education
• knowledgeable about the latest trends and developments in your area of expertise
• able to communicate technical details in such a way that is understandable for the customer
• knowledge of and experience with XML, portal technology (Sharepoint, Liferay) and a minimum of 1 object-oriented programming language
• able to work with sever operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux
• experienced in package-implementations
• technical aptitude, without losing sight of the customer
• able to spot new opportunities to strengthen MatchMinds’ portfolio
• work your strengths, but know your weaknesses
• happy to work with Apple computers and technology

Conditons of employment
