On January the 25th the Lof Prijs (praise award) for profession information (a yearly quality award for publishing products for B2B and professionals) is awarded to Medisch Contact/ Artsennet of Reed Business BV.. Elsevier Fiscaal Totaal was one of the 6 nominees for this prestigious price. MatchMinds was responsible for rebuilding the knowledge portal. Offering customers more value by making information more accessible in a more user friendly environment was one of the main objectives. An important aspect in this was making the users’s search query top priority. The jury report dedicated this vision of MatchMinds: “The marked choices of Fiscaal Totaal’s builders resulted in a very minimalistic, yet effective, interaction design. Navigation is not dominated by buttons but by text. A big search bar invites the user to fill in a search query, which profiles Fiscaal Totaal as the “tax-Google”. In short, Fiscaal Totaal satisfies the high demands excellent, which today's professional information publications are demanding.” Here you can see the full report, unfortunately it is only available in Dutch. MatchMinds puts the user in a central position in all complex communication and interaction situations and is trying to serve these situations optimally by use of innovative solutions.
